Avatar Glitch?

I had assumed the forums would tell me if I tried to use an avatar that was too large, or it would resize it, which is why I was shocked when I got an avatar that didn't fit in the allotted space for it. The image url (which I used tinyurl for) is here: link. Is this just an error with tiny url? ((If you need to see it as an example, I'll re-upload the image as my avatar and you can see how it goes off the page.))

Sorry for the confusing set-up on my descriptions. I didn't take any screencaps, and this was the best way I could describe it in writing. Is this something that is only an error for tinyURL?

Hmm, I can't fix that because I didn't code the forums (They're hosted off-server) so idk :/

That's fine. xD I'll just be sure to resize all of my avatars so they fit before using them.
