Has anyone else heard of this a huge dark und superhot gas giant has been discovered with the Kepler Telescope... just needed to share this epicness found in the stellar constellation of Draco

It's an artist's depiction.
Any telescope able to see that planet now that way would be a phenomenon.

That is simply gorgeous

It's name is probably UN-8038S-G or something. Science is serious buisness, and scientists...well, let's just say they're not all that creative.

True Ignite... yes its current name is TrES-2b and its 750 Lightyears away.. I know its just an artists depiction but I could not find another picture in the internets.^^

Just thought on a forum like this it might find friends... they say it has a size like Jupiter and is more then 1000°C hot and circles its sun in just 5 Million kilometres.

Yeah... I don't know how far that is in miles. We Americans still use miles and inches and crap. I'm assuming that it is rather close to its star.

Yes Earth is about 150 Million Kilimetres away from the sun... so its very close even closer then Mercure to the sun which is 58 according to magazine I have.^^

I heard that although it's the darkest planet (since it absorbs so much light due to it's atmosphere) it still emits a glow.
