Quick question. For the future can the register page display your password as dots? That's quite unsecure...as there are people behind me and I kinda freaked out when I noticed my password was being displayed right in front of me o-o I've been told for the rest of the site it shows as dots but the register page really should have that too...

It's not dots there so that people can see if they put the right password in.

But every site I've ever been on has the dots...every one o-o

What I usually see for sites is the dots and two password fields. One is the password field, one is the password check. If the two don't match you have to reenter your password. That way you know you've typed in the right password.

And I agree on the passwords. I had a small "wtf" moment when I saw my password display normally. That's why there's always websites where you have to enter the password twice - so you're sure you did it right.

I registered and got the e-mail just fine, but the whole "password showing up" freaks me out.
