Userpage Updates -> Liek or No Liek?

Just the 4 little things in the user box and the avatar area. That's just a random 150x150 avatar. hover over the achievments and coin thing. If you think the sprites I made are ugly, then you're right XD If you want, make something to replace them.

What is the weird winged person with the questionmark over it for? Also, I think those sprites would look much nicer if their background was a purpley blue-gray to match the current layout better.

That would be the Trades/Auctions button to view the users trades/auctions. You could redo the background if you want lol but how is the layout?

I think that particular image should be changed to something more intuitive. Otherwise, though, I'm really liking this.

By the way, are individual creatures going to be nameable?

Yep, just forgot to add it in the table lol all of my creatures are named XD I don't think I'll show descriptions... Not enough space. If people want info, I can provide a link to the information page in the GenCorp Archives. Or, I could make the image clickable in the actual place where the creature shows up to provide a description in a dialog window...

Looks good to me. What's that "Sketchbook Project" thing?

The layout is gorgeous, Rebs--and does that spaceship mean people will be able to admire ones space-fairing vessel?

Also, you should make the spaceship button eventually linked to a large illustration of the ship.

Oops I didn't see this before lol

There'll be a table with user information that the user can put up. Like forums, there will be ways of contact (There will be a PM thing on the site) and you'll be able to put your email there if you want and you can put a website there and other stuff like a bio about yourself or something lol

OH hey, I just checked out your page again--when you open up the level up dialogue box, you can't read the text because it's black on such a dark background. Maybe change that text to a lighter color?

That;'s just temporary, it's just to check if the dialog box pops up lol

And see the toolbar at the bottom? That'll be on every page when you login lol it'll have a bunch of useful stuff

If you log in (At the homepage) and go to my page, you can see the toolbar at the bottom and all of the cool stuff it has (It only has navigation currently XD) but check it out. Some of you already signed up for preregistration so your usernames and passwords should work now You can't really do anything yet except look at the cool Toolbar.

If you need your pass, just PM me on here and I'll tell you your username and pass.

That's just awesome. The toolbar down at the bottom leaves room for other stuff. I love it.

Anyway, a few things I'm noticing, I'll explain them with a screenshot:

The scrollbar doesn't go further left anymore, which cuts off the autumn king half...

And whn I click on the creature to level it up, the box and the text are black, like that. Which makes it impossible to see what's on it.

This is in firefox, on os x snow leopard. I have noscript but I turned it off for Nyoka (the website doesn't work well with it on anyway). On Safari the scrollbar is fine, but the level up box still isn't. Same goes for Chrome. That's all the browsers I have, so I can't test any others xD

Yea, the levelup is supposed to be like that (It's a temp) it's not the real thing yet XD And I'll see what I can do about the autumn king...

The autumn king thing can't be fixed. It's a problem with the Mac/Firefox combo. Firefox works differently at rendering pages in the mac... Also the jquery might not work on that version of firefox as efficiently.. :/ so idk. I guess you can contact firefox and tell them to fix it in the mac because it works fine in all microsoft browsers (Except for internet explorer, because it sucks).

Hrm, okay. It's not a big deal really, as long as it's still at least partly there. Just thought I should point it out
