Demon Creature
Had a sketch lying around of some demon dog thingy and sprited it and this is what came of it. :B Instead of calling this "demon dog" imma just keep the name as Demon for now. o3o If anybody wants to shade this guy have at it.
Babies will come in a day or so as soon as I figure out what I want them to look like.
Adult description: Solely nocturnal and with eyes as black as pitch with pupils that luminesce a bloody red, Demons are considered to be creatures of darkness and evil. Their black hide is thick and tough like leather and provides a camouflage when hunting. The markings on their sides are for identification; the markings differ slightly between individuals. A Demon's bite is powerful enough to crush bone, which they will also eat if there is no flesh to be found and eaten.
Despite being viewed throughout history as evil creatures, Demons can be surprisingly friendly to the point of being gullible or naive. Many have been slaughtered by someone drawing them close and pretending to be a friendly type, only to turn and kill the unsuspecting Demon. Because of this Demons are on the brink of extinction and the few left living are learning the lesson that humans are not to be trusted and have begun retreating into the depths of the forests they call home.
