Damselwing Damselwing

I know nothing of this dragon but what it looks like, and the colors are just experimental. It can fold its wings against its back like a damselfly, which is how it got its name. It looks like it has a cape when it does this.

I need people to pick where it lives and what it does. All I have is a picture of a pretty dragon.

Wings seem to small to let it fly.
Perhaps just glide?
