Hi I just wanna know what will happen with all the nice creatures posted there that will not be chosen. Can they be posted as regular requests after the contest has ended and is judged?

No problem with that. I just needed help with setting up the quest, if you want your creatures ingame and they don't win, you're more than welcome to set up a topic in the normal forum. They're just not going to be part of the quest, is all.
