Moving Topics Empty Moving Topics

The forums are moving and I'd like to move 2 of the topics I started into the new forums but don't know how to it. I searched the internet for tips, but it seems since I'm a normal member I cannot move my topics. Can someone tell me if this is correct? And if not how to move topics myself?
