Blind Tunnel Rabbit
Basic Information:
Blind Tunnel Rabbits, named for their rabbit-like ears, thrive underground in Zeima. They rarely ever go to the surface, unless there is a tunnel collapse, and instead choose to stay underground living off small insects and larvae. While they have eyes, they are a milky white and sightless; the species instead relies on their long whiskers and fully-rotatable ears to navigate their tunnels. Their strong front legs have clawed paws that can be squeezed together to work like a pick or shovel, or separated to more finely dig the earth. Their hind legs and tail are used to push all of the debris backwards and out of their burrows. They are hairless and have tunnels beneath every biome except the tundra. They are family creatures, sharing a burrow with up to five generations of Blind Tunnel Rabbits; each litter has about four or five babies.
/more information to come soon
Basic concept (basically just to give people an idea of what I'm describing since I'm no artist; includes body color):
Known issues:
- anatomy sucks
- legs should be shorter
- tail should be shorter and thicker
- thinner whiskers; possibly moved up to front of muzzle
