Electric Blind Thing + Flash Fish

ELECTRIC BLIND WEIRD THING
A weird squid-shaped thing creature that is blind.
It has whiskers that are extremely sensitive, and can detect electricity similar to a shark. Lives in deep, deep water.
To capture its prey, it has tentacles similar to the roots of a bladderworts.
They tip and frontal section rapidly expands, creating a vacuum that sucks in its prey.
Water is filtered out, and the prey slowly digested.

Flash Fish
Medium sized fish that are able to somehow blind the above.
