I have still not found the promo code any hint where I can find it.

Start on the promo code enter page, then right click on the page and "View Page Source" or whatever it is in your browser. From there you should be able to figure it out.

Hitting the CTRL button and the U button at the same time also brings up the source page, if you don't know where to find it on your browser.

EDIT: Okay, it's rather difficult to get, but once you do, it goes along. I finally just got it
