The Reason you are here

Well, there seems to be quite a few new people here since I last checked out the forums and I wanted to know why you came? What are you hoping to see here? Are you just checking the place out for now or are you hoping to stay to see it grow?

I was first told about the site by LittleArtGirl and I liked the concept of it. I adopted a couple critters on the main page (but I guess they have poofed now) and I was curious as to see how the site would turn out. I think the various planets are an interesting concept and I think this site can go far, so I'm sticking around just to see how far it will go. If any of my DC concepts get rejected, I also told LittleArtGirl they can come play here.

I got here through the topic Reb's opened about Nyoka on DC. I saw that there were sprites needed and since I wanted to practice on making other things than dragons. And so far, I like this a lot

I first saw the site on Avadopts, and I was considering joining, but I hadn't seen any creatures, so I put off the decision. Then, I saw Rhea post the crab spider-things {can't remember the name D:} on her DCF art thread, and when she said they were for Nyoka, I decided to join.

Was a sprite artist on avadopts and I'm helping avadopts become shiny and active again by helping Project Nyoka...

I know Rebsingh well online, I play Avadopts, why not join this? Very interesting concept, too.

Avadopts spriter and Sci-Fi/Alien adorer. I spend much more time thinking on this sort of stuff than the average person, and figured I could at least apply my ravings to something.

Back on the Avadopts chat a LONG time ago, I remember Rebs showed me it...I had adopted a few things back then, but LOL I know they aren't coming back.
I'm here now to become an artist for the site and be here from the beginning. On other websites I've always had such respect for senior players, and I decided that I want to be like that one day. With tales of old to tell 'I Remember When...' way back. I already have 'I Remember when the site wasn't even open yet HARHARHAR.'/shot

I saw someone's nyoka critters in a signature on dragonopia and got interested. The setup of this site really is something fresh and new. And that it's working so well even in such an early state really makes you want to stick around to see how good it becomes when it's finished.

when avadopts quit working for a bit, i swa the nyoka banner at the top. i didnt want to join at first, and kinda gave up on avadopts. in the DC forums, the more and more i saw the nyokan lizards in peoples' sigs, the more i wanted to join. so i gave in today lol XD and im off to adopt Nyokan (or would it be Zeimian?) lizards! <3

Found a critter in someone's signature, and have been looking for a new adoptables site for a while next to the 3 I play already. This seemed kinda fun, so here I am trying it out.

A friend of mine started playing and told me so much that I joined.^^
