It's just so visually appealing. I really love the (ones that I've seen, anyway) creature sprites, too.

I got here from Dragon Cave, I saw a forum thread it the DC forum.

Don't remember exactly, how I found the link, but I also play DC and when I noticed some of the spriters were here, decided to try it out.

Caught sight of some of the creatures from magistream and I just kinda got caught. Pretty little things have a way of getting at me

found some critters in a DC signature. just had to check it out XP. lets hope it works better than Magistream and Zarnisland.

Zarnisland vanished and Magistream lost ALL of my critters -rage- i love my pixel pets immensely!

i found out about the site threw dragon cave when i checked out someones cool critter!

I saw a Tropical Amphithere in someone's signature on Magistream and figured it was high time I joined this site.

I found this from DC forums, found someones critters, then found the PN thread on the forums.

I saw some sprites in a signature on the Dragon Cave forums and was intrigued. And then in some casual websurfing for information I found a forum post promising they wouldn't be selling pets for cash (a.k.a. "donation" pets), which clinched it.

I might even un-lazy-fie myself enough to try doing some sprites for the site, eventually... unless it's the sort that only accepts art from official spriters... I am unaware.

Spritework, specifically? Nothing more recent than my current avatar (the little dragon silhouette.) I have some "adoptables" class artwork that I did... somewhat recently;

But as I edited my post to add, that only applies if this is the kind of site like DC, where spritework can be done by anybody off and on. I'm not committing to any sorta team, I don't have the time. X3

And no, you can sprite off and on here, you do not need to be a committed spriter.

Thankye. In that case, I'll probably see about tossing out a few things for some of the biomes that need more variety. Could be fun. I love making up weird critters.

I got here on Nyoka because SilentSkieBlue posted a topic on it on the Dragonadopters forum. The idea was interesting, and the sprites were pretty, so I joined.
