Nyoka theme music

Well it so happens that I'm a music composer and a techno kinda dude and I play like 6 different instruments. And I came up with some cool Nyoka sounding science fiction music. But I can't put it up here cause I made it on my keyboard. But hey, never underestimate a high quality studio keyboard. Well here are 2 of my best so far (I've only made like 6 ACTUAL songs on the computer...)

Hrm.... idk XD I'll have to tell everyone some news next week about my plans for nyoka. And I'm gonna let you know, I'm not planning on this to be small scale But I'll tell you guys everything later ^^ But should we have a theme song of some sort? For like trailers or whatevs?

A trailer can be cool, my own website has one (although it's extremely amateurish xD) which we use to promote the website. We've only gotten good reactions to it, so far Some people like watching a video much better than reading some text which explains what the website is all about xD

Really nice music you made! What will you be using the champion one for? It sounds like it might be good for Dante. XD

Themes can be pretty cool, but I'd avoid using any music on a big-scale in-game. Maybe like an intro theme when you first pull up the site, or an option to have it on, and definitely for trailers, but NOT a default playing theme. I know so many people who get annoyed when music starts playing when they load a page or when they're on a page, and I share that sentiment. Trailers and themes are good ideas, but people don't like it when some other music starts coming out of their speakers alongside whatever they've already got playing. Also it uses up extra...RAM--the instant memory part--and other data space stuff that can be a bother.

Music is really cool, but we gotta remember that people will be coming to the adoptables site for the adoptables, not for music.

Trailer music gets big thumbs up from me, though.

(I haven't heard your music yet, btw, because of conflict stemming from the Great Television-Computer Speaker Wars many years ago along with downloading issues, but I do intend to).

Though, do make sure that the music is entirely optional on the site, and something that is opted in for, not something that users have to opt out of. Some sort of music player on the side could work, but do try to have it have a minimum presence on the site. For all that it may be good, if users don't like it, it'd instantly put them off the site if they first visited only to have sound come out at them. In addition, there are only really certain times people might even want to listen to a site's music (might even have their own playing) so if it is on the site, have it simply minimally so, and something that is opted in for, not something automatically enabled, and easily turned off.

Seconding a lot of what SilentSkieBlue says, too. Though I could hear the songs, and they are nice. ^^

I rather like the last one :3 Though maybe by default the music is on and there is a button that says"Turn on Music?"

Nah, i think it would be better if you could decide to change the music to on or off via Settings. The music being off by default since by experience, music tends to slow down web sites.

That too. I can't remember the number of times I have jumped out of my skin when I have visited a web site with music playing out of nowhere...
